Yes, thanks, that solved the problem! Would have been great if that info was shown in the error message as well (that one option is to set each variation to Do not sync ie instead of changing the categories becuase I didn’t want the product to sync)

I’ve already done that per the info you wrote in another thread with a person having the same issue. The conflict testing showed now conflicts. I’ve started a real support case instead

Access would of course not be given to just anyone and certainly not by sharing the login details here on this page.

As I said, I can’t do the testing on the staging site since the facebook connection doesn’t work there – hence the plugin will not work at all.

Ok, that’s too bad. I can’t get the connection to Facebook working on my staging site so I can’t try it there. I can’t switch the theme and everything on my production site. I can give you access to the production site if you think that will help.

I’m having the same problem

I’m having the same problem. Tried deactivating all plugins, no difference. Tried adding my menu to the off canvas menu position, no difference 🙁

Ah ok. I’ll see if I can do that on a test site, but I can’t do it with my live site because there’s sales going on on the site all the time. If that’s needed for the plugin to work I’ll stick to my old plugin instead.

No javascript errors on the facebook page, just some info that doesn’t change if I select the Enlgish Facebook page or the Swedish Facebook page

Audit usage of navigator.userAgent, navigator.appVersion, and navigator.platform
A page or script is accessing at least one of navigator.userAgent, navigator.appVersion, and navigator.platform. Starting in Chrome 101, the amount of information available in the User Agent string will be reduced.
To fix this issue, replace the usage of navigator.userAgent, navigator.appVersion, and navigator.platform with feature detection, progressive enhancement, or migrate to navigator.userAgentData.
Note that for performance reasons, only the first access to one of the properties is shown.

That plugin is just for displaying our instagram feed on our website, it doesn’t do anything with the Facebook catalog. Selecting Instagram or not when that option shows up doesn’t make a difference – I still can’t select any catalog.

Yes, same Facebook user account and same Business Manager account for all sites.
