There was no update yesterday, but this afternoon I updated Genesis to the latest Version: 3.1.1. The problem started before then though.
IT’s only an issue when I add the [DISPLAY_ULTIMATE_PLUS] shortcode

I cleared the cache but I still have the same problem.
Would the creators of the plugins be the next port of call?
Thanks so much for your reply!! I have disabled the plugin but not deleted them, in case I deleted them wrong, i.e. in case they left traces. (Advice on best way to delete + remove all traces completely is most welcome if you have any tips).
I will follow your advice re: clearing the cache. Thanks again!
