WP Rocket is turned off and the problem is resolved.Okay thank you! I have to try to see if this helps.
Edit. It did not help. I turned off all Elementor, Elementor Header & Footer Builder and Elementor Pro

Twentig has now been off for a day. All links will open normally. Only the text and some of the boxes have changed color.

I took Twentig off and it works after that, so there is a fault with it.
