As of right now the form is completety broken. If the plugin ricognize any name and surname entered, the next page of the form appears totally blank. I’m unable to use it.
Desinstalling and reinstalling the plugin didn’t do the trick, both from the dashboard and from Filezilla. What should I do to revert this worsening ?
