Hi @shameemreza,
Thank you for your reply. I understand the math and it’s ok with 0 value, but somehow systems apply 0% VAT instead 21% VAT. We need apply 21% even if the product price is 0.00 $. Is this somehow possible to be forced?

Ok, I found that, this is theme conflict… But it’s very hard to replace a theme. Could be there is any workaround?

Thank you for the solution, but sadly it doesn’t help. All plugins were disabled, cache cleared and page reloaded, but there is no place I can find published and unpublished reviews.
Do you have any idea, what else I can try?
Currently only one solution worked – downgrade WooCommerce to 6.6.0, but it’s not good for security and plugin compatibility reasons.
