    Hi,

Yes, I can see them now.

This would be very difficult for any non-coder to use. It’s confusing for a regular user.

Can you explain why I would get a coder to use these classes and for what purpose? What’s the advantage?

    Regards,

    Aidan

By the way, in this example I have enabled chat in the interakt settings, so the chat widget is showing on the page.

    Hi,

    Thank you for this.

The first link in your message doesn’t work, please check that one. The second link does work.

I am able to set it up now. It’s not what I expected, as everything it embeds is essentially a link. A user can’t edit or read tickets on my wordpress site. Whatever they click on, it opens a new browser window on the Freshdesk website.

So really it’s just a set of embedded links to Freskdesk.

But the single-sign-on does work, so if a logged in user clicks on the link, it does open the Freskdesk site with that person already logged in.

    Regards

After checking the forums, I see that others have a similar problem whenever any plugin is using wordpress to send an email.

An example solution is another plugin like…
    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-email-template/

…but they don’t confirm it works with wpDiscuz.

Do you have a recommendation for an add-on plugin that will work with wpDiscuz to solve this?

    Regards.
