Thank you for your help. I Somehow manage to make the video works on ios.
But I do have new problem. I’m using amazon s3 permission (read/view) on each bucket and made the video Grantee to everyone to View only. This works fine on desktop but not ios again. Error: HTML Video file not found

I tried replacing video with clean url like – http://screencast.com/t/aye14QhSk2 but still not playing on ios device. 🙁
