I’ve played around a little and I’m finding that if I visit https://metaverse-ve.co.uk/troubleshooting/ in Firefox the model doesn’t show but if I visit http://metaverse-vr.co.uk/troubleshooting it does.
This is odd right, or is there a setting that I’m missing?

I used an image temporarily as the site needed to go live and there was a fair bit of traffic. I’ve recreated the page elsewhere so you could have another look for me if that would be at all possible: https://metaverse-vr.co.uk/troubleshooting/
Any advice you can offer would be much appreciated.
