I found a working solution !!!
Two plugins to give complete solution:
This is plugin Seraphinite Bulk Discounts for WooCommerce. It support decimal quantities in Discounts options 0.8, 0.4, 1.2, 2.7 etc.
+ plugin WPC Product Quantity for WooCommerce Installs support in decimal quantities in Woocoommerce options.
This is a complete solution!

Hi,
I have plugin installed WPC Product Quantity for WooCommerce (Premium). He works well with decimal quantities. (Example: 0.2, 0.8, 1.2, 2.4 etc.)
But your plugin doesn’t work with decimal quantities. (only 1, 2, 3 etc.)
Can you give me the code, and where to change it.
