Hi @ricav,
I realise I can contact Elementor Pro support. However, based on my experience of receiving Elementor’s stock standard template response of “deactivate all plugins and themes to determine conflict issues” to every single support request I have made in the past, I saw no point in doing so.
This is clearly an Elementor issue which was brought to your attention 3 weeks ago.
Hi@posimyththemes
All of the other plugins on the site are WordPress plugins too.
Because we have never experienced anything like this before over many years of using WordPress, we have decided not to proceed with using this plugin.
Appreciate your reply.

In reply to: Comments Showing User’s First NameHi @bcworkz
Thanks for the reply. Maybe I didn’t explain myself clearly enough.
All comments are posted by logged-in users only. All comment-author fields are filled with the user’s display name, including this comment that is showing the user’s first name instead of the display name which is in the comment-author field.
I don’t know that the Blank Canvas theme would be doing this. Is there any easy way to change this with PHP?
Hi @zebaafiashama,
Indeed, the non-rendering of the HTML is a non-issue when the template isn’t duplicated.
Thanks for your reply and update on the status of this ticket. I’ll mark this as resolved.

In reply to: [WP Hide & Security Enhancer] Broken websitesHi @tdgu
Thanks for your reply. I wanted to update that the issue has been fixed. I will mark this as resolved.
Regards.
Hi @nlpro
We have managed to do that and have it working in conjunction with iTheme’s custom login URL feature.
Thanks for your reply. I’ll close this ticket now.
“It appears that the custom code conflicts with the iThemes Security plugin.”
Obviously, or we would have needed to open this support thread. We were hoping you would have some sort of fix for this but looks like no.
Hi Ryan,
I have received your message and will get back to you once I have had a chance to try out the suggested method.
As I have sent the System Report, I am attaching our convo from emails here as we prefer to keep all info in one place.

Hi Ryan,
There is no migrated site because we can’t or don’t want to use the remaining tables without the complete database. We don’t want to be messing around with the database on a live site. We want this to function properly from the get-go and this is the only issue we are facing which is prolonging the launch of our website.
So yes, the Automator System Report is from the localhost development site.
> It sounds too like this was an entire database migration and Automator views specifically are the only things that failed?
As you can see from the error, yes this is the case. Automator is the only plugin causing an issue with the database upload.——- Original Message ——-
Uncanny Automator Support wrote:The System Report you sent here seems like maybe it was the original site, or do you have cPanel and WHM running locally too? This instance doesn’t show obvious issues, so I wanted to confirm that this is the system report for the migrated site.
Then for the .org ticket comments, I wanted to confirm that your #1 means you did that post migration (since you mentioned “re-upload” I wasn’t sure). It sounds too like this was an entire database migration and Automator views specifically are the only things that failed?
Thanks

- Done that and tried re-upload with same result and error.
- We were originally using our website’s cPanel account to upload the database but have since been using phpmyadmin from WHM as root (which got rid of the first error requiring Super User privileges).
- Nothing has been modified. All we’ve done is export the database from locahost then import to the online database as above.
- I will send through the System Report via email.
Here’s the full error message:

Re: submitting tickets to Automator, I will use the email address from now.
- This reply was modified 3 years ago by PSS.
That was the last ticket that was replied to. I submitted 2 others after that and no, I did not receive an autoreply. I will add more info about the database to the other thread so as to keey all info about the problem in one thread.
I would have happily lodged a ticket for my support thread here – https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/persistent-database-upload-error/ – through your website (being a paying customer and all), but I did not receive a reply to the last 2 tickets I submitted through the website.
Nor have I received a reply here on WordPress even though you’ve replied to my reply to this other thread.
