We tested our most recent changes on WooCommerce v10. That said, WooCommerce v9 and v10 are generally backward compatible, so we encourage you to try installing and configuring the plugin!

Hi @cagsan, we do support Woo Subscriptions, but we don’t support free trial as $0 payment is currently not supported. We are looking into supporting this in the future!

Q: Does the plugin enforce a strict Content Security Policy (CSP) on the checkout page? A: No, the plugin does not apply a strict CSP.
Q: What domains or scripts need to be allowed for Airwallex Checkout to work? A: All required payment methods should work out of the box — no special domain or script configuration is needed.
Q: Could this error be caused by missing configurations (e.g. Webhook Secret, Payment Intent creation)? A: It shouldn’t be. To identify the root cause, we would need to access your store directly and investigate further.
To help troubleshoot, you can try the following options 1. Update to the latest plugin 2. Toggle to the alternative option of under the filed “Payment form template”. This can be found under Payments > Airwallex > API Settings > Payment form template

While the shipping address may be omitted, a billing address is required for all transactions. This is necessary to support Address Verification Service from the card schemes, which enhances transaction success rates for all merchants.
