This issue is now resolved. I received amazing support from Gutentor.
I am not sure what happened to my site for this issue to occur. I created a test version of the site for them. They investigated and applied a new blocks.build.js file in the plugin folder which fixed the problem.
Thanks!
Hi @codersantosh,
Thank you for the quick reply & for testing.
Following your advice I have re-saved the permalinks, and deactivated each plugin 1 by one to test. Unfortunately that has not resolved the issue.
I have also noticed that the page is now reverting back to old fonts. I previously used Amatic SC Google font, which I later changed to Open Sans. For some reason it’s gone back to Amatic SC.
I will send you the JSON file on live support.
Thanks

In reply to: Hundreds of posts slowing down site?Hi @bcworkz, thanks for the info. They have a “subscribe to newsletter” section on their homepage that they would like to keep. This is the section that uses the reCAPTCHA. I am wondering now if there is a way (plugin maybe) to enter the details and have recaptcha on popup. Then maybe the script could be called on popup if possible.

In reply to: Woocommerce – Using Pay360 details for Worldpay?Just in case anyone stumbles across this topic..
I resolved the issue before the plugin developer support got back to me.
Please note this is only for Worldpay Online Payment Gateway. I’m not sure if the situation is different for Worldpay for Business.
If you are setting up a new account to integrate Worldpay payments on your site you will get forwarded on to Capita Pay360. They will deal with the on boarding. New customers will receive credentials from Capita. These credentials are only compatible with plugins for Pay360.
If you want to use the Worldpay Online Gateway Woocommerce plugins you will need to be an existing customer and need to already have the correct credentials. It seems Worldpay are discontinuing their payment gateway for new customers. So it is not possible to sign up and then use the Worldpay plugin, you will need to use Pay360 plugin instead which is an annual subscription.
I’m not sure of the ins and outs but when I log in to Capita pay360 I can see my transaction. The “Acquirer” of the funds is still Worldpay for my client.

In reply to: Hundreds of posts slowing down site?Thank you both for the suggestions, I appreciate it. I haven’t installed Health Check yet but I will look into doing that when I am back on that project.
Caching has seemed to help slightly. I have also tried the Hummingbird plugin and tried a few settings there to optimize the site. It’s made a bit of progress in terms of page speed, especially using gzip, although it’s still very slow for mobile. Some of the main culprits are the scripts for reCaptcha (can’t remove that), tagDiv and wpBakery (these are part of the theme). I think a new theme could be best.
We have also had numerous hosting issues the past few days and I think the hosting provider is playing a bigger part than I thought.
Thanks
