So, I’m trying to get new users and subscribers on my website to log in, and once they do, they should be directed to their member dashboard based on their subscription tier. The problem is, even when I test with a paid subscriber account, it doesn’t redirect to the dashboard and says the user doesn’t have access. I went to the dashboard page and confirmed it’s not a content restriction issue. I also tried a large number of code snippets and different settings to fix it. I’m using the Paid Member Subscriptions plugin, and it seems like there’s a disconnect between new users and their access permissions. Any ideas?
