I sent a premium support Email almost eight hours ago. So far, all I’ve gotten is the form Email response.
It’s not even just the free version.
I have a paid account and am having a send problem from one of my domains. The response from Support via Email was almost worse than no response at all. They had determined my site was “risky” – but they couldn’t tell me why. I’ve responded to Email support, but the last time it took nearly 12 hours to get a reply.
