You’re absolutely right that Bit SMTP was lightweight and basic in earlier versions. Based on user feedback like yours, we recently released a major update and committed to delivering more frequent improvements moving forward.Here are the new features introduced in Bit SMTP v1.2 (08 Nov 2025):
- ✅ Redesigned interface for a cleaner and more intuitive experience
- ✅ Email activity history
- ✅ View sent emails inside Bit SMTP
- ✅ Resend email
- ✅ Delete email records
- ✅ Bulk resend support (resend multiple emails)
We also want to let you know that features like fallback SMTP routing, which you mentioned, are already on our roadmap. Our goal is to make Bit SMTP – Easy WordPress SMTP Solution even more powerful while keeping it lightweight and fast.
