Hello @bistromath
Thanks for sharing the plugin settings screenshots.
I can see that you are using the USPS eVS account, which is no longer in service because the USPS team has introduced USPS Auth 3.0 integration. I recommend you to sign up on the USPS developer portal and create an app to get the consumer key and consumer secret, connect with our plugin’s general settings in place of the client ID and secret to start getting the live shipping rates.

Hope it helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.
Hello @bistromath
Thank you for reaching out to us.
To assist you with the issue you are experiencing, please see the details below:
1. Our plugin’s shipping methods do not appear under standard WooCommerce shipping zones. To receive USPS shipping rates, you must configure the settings directly within our plugin. Please note that WooCommerce only offers flat rate, free shipping, and local pickup.
2. Please ensure that all products have dimensions along with the weights assigned, as these are required to calculate shipping rates. Additionally, please share screenshots of your plugin settings so we can verify the configuration.
3. Kindly enable debug mode under the plugin’s general settings. This will allow us to review the USPS rate API logs and identify the exact cause of the issue.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hello @james-feaver
The priority-based field positioning works only with the classic WooCommerce checkout, as it relies on PHP hooks. This option is not available in the block checkout, which uses a different (React-based) structure.
You can still add custom fields in block checkout, but their exact position cannot be controlled. For precise placement of the address autocomplete field, we recommend switching to the classic checkout.
Please let me know if you have any queries.
Thank you for your feedback regarding the block-based checkout. Please see our updates below:
1. Currently, we cannot change the address autocomplete field position on the block checkout page. Unlike the legacy checkout, the block-based checkout does not yet provide options to set field positions, and there is no updated documentation available for this. If this functionality becomes available in a future WooCommerce version, we will include it in our plugin.
2. We are currently investigating why the autocomplete flows are working differently between the classic and block checkouts and will provide an update soon. Regarding UK addresses, the API primarily populates address line 1, city, country, and postcode. Address line 2 and the county field are optional; our plugin will auto-fill these only if that specific data is provided in the API response.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any further queries.

We are currently working on WooCommerce block checkout compatibility for the basic version of the plugin, which is now in the testing phase.
This feature is already available in the premium version, and we expect the update for the basic version to be released shortly.
I will keep you updated once the new version is available.

You can apply price adjustment discounts based on either user roles or specific users for all products or selected categories. To meet your requirements, simply select “Subscriber” in the user role section and choose between a percentage or fixed amount discount. This will ensure that all current and newly registered subscribers receive the discount automatically.
I hope this helps. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or need assistance.

Hello @starhorsepax2
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The position of the custom price field typically depends on your theme. On our end, using the default WooCommerce theme, the field appears above the “Add to Cart” button.
Please contact us through our commercial plugin support for further assistance. We can then look into the feasibility of adjusting the field’s location.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hello @starhorsepax2
Thank you for reaching out to us.
After reviewing your screenshots, it appears that no price has been set for the product. The ELEX WooCommerce Name Your Price plugin requires the product to have an initial price before custom pricing and text fields can be applied.
Please try adding a price to the product and let us know if the issue persists.
