Hello! I was wondering if anyone is looking into this issue since I’m still having the same problems. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
Thank you, Mihai for checking into it! I think the problem happens sometimes after people fill out the form and click “purchase” and it clears the form so they need to fill it out again. I also have a couple other problems during checkout like shipping to international and processing into the PayPal site. Not sure if I should start a new topic or keep asking questions here.
