You have to implement it by yourself. This plugin is not supporting UAE Emirates.
Thanks for your patience, there is no fault in your plugin.
I dig it out. It’s my mistake, that I’am using two plugin for the same purpose(i.e your plugin and under construction wp plugin), which conflict to each other.Thanks for giving your precious time.

Right now I disabled the “Coming Soon Page & Maintenance Mode by SeedProd” plugin and try to open the link http://www.sweatnextlevel.com/national-ranking-list/, which gives black blank page..with the above code I provided earlier.There were two ways to avoid blank page:-
First:
when I get logged in and try to open the same link(http://www.sweatnextlevel.com/national-ranking-list/), it’s works fine.
Plugin is enabled / disabled doesn’t matter.Second:
User status: Logged out
Plugin status: Enabled
Output: Coming soon page.Even I checked my error log, there is no error listed..but the problem is still there.
Can you please find out, is it happening due to plugin or something else.
