Ok ! I had made some changes within some html tags and the meta description. I will see if it get better 🙂

I have deactivated the JetFormBuilder plugin as you said and it worked !
Also, with the beta you provided the problem is resolved ! Both plugins (Autoptimize and JetForm are activated simultaneously without problem).
