No i don’t need 2 forms on one page so take your time to fix it 🙂

Yes i used incognito disabled my extensions cleared cache etc. checked difference webpages but won’t fixit. version is latest. Hopefully Chrome has a answer for me

Yes that correct.

I know because i try to duplicate the form to see if the page steps works fine. And i notice that this didn’t works. When i added a different form it works as expected.

Yes i thought the same on this.

Thanks this works. Only i notice that it isn’t possible to use 2 times the same form on a page. Don’t know if some one wants that.
