    I never had a look at it but does anything change after installing, and uploading loads of themes and plugins??

    So, basically, plugins doesn’t effect anything else then wp-content??

    and can you please list the basic folders and files which exist in wordpress root??

    I know that…using wordpress since a long time ^_^

    What i wanna know is my mistake perhaps there are some useless files or directories there…

    for ex: a wordpress installation doesn’t have folder named “administrator”..does it?

    Thats what i wanna eliminate!

    I tried localhost earlier too and got this error:

Installation Failed

    Then I thought that I was wrong O.o

    I added define(‘FS_METHOD’, ‘ftpsockets’); to wp-config.php but then I got following error:
