So yes, I want to have full hierarchy sane as categories… How do I use custom taxonomies to do that? Is that in your plugin?

Thank you for the quick answer! I tried that but I do not see any way to group those tags (create hierarchy).
For example, I would like to display a tag named “Size” with child tags “1g, 2g, 3g, 5g, 7g, etc.”
How can I do that?
