<span style=”font-size: inherit;”>I’m using only one Filter Set — please see the screenshot. </span>https://ibb.co/TDtQny8S
I don’t need to apply a different Filter Set for the second language, and I don’t need the Filter Set itself to be translated. The issue is that when I’m on the default (first) language, the filter also shows categories that are marked as translations for the second language (English).
This problem doesn’t occur when I switch to English (second language) — in that case, the filters work correctly and display only the categories assigned as English translations. Thanks!
I’m not using any custom post types — only the default WordPress posts, categories, and tags.
What I’d like to achieve is to filter the default posts archive page by both Category and Tag at the same time.I’m using the free version of Polylang (v3.7.3), and I have no issues with post or category translations — everything works fine there.
Thanks!
Hi @fesupportteam ,
I’m not using custom post types. Everything is just default posts, categories, and tags. I don’t have any problem with category or tag translations. English is not the dafault language.
The issue only appears in the default (non-English) language. When I press a tag button in the default language, it shows categories in both languages. This is happening only with tags — categories are working fine. This strange behavior makes me suspect a potential issue.
The workaround is doing the job for now.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Cannot Update “Do not sync” on certain productsHi there,
I deleted and re-uploaded all products using your recommendations. Works for most products. There are still products whose “Facebook sync” status in Products/All Products cannot be changed and always shows “Do not sync”. On the product page itself, the “Facebook sync” dropdown says “Sync and show in catalog”. But it doesn’t.
To sum up, for some products it is impossible to change the “Facebook sync” status in Products/All products, it always shows “Do not sync”. These products do not appear in the Facebook Commerce Manager.
Kind regards

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Cannot Update “Do not sync” on productsHi there,
Same problem here. Many of our products are not synced with our FB catalog.
1. In WP/Products/All Products, we can see their “Facebook sync” status is set to “Do not sync”. But we cannot change that. The bulk action in the list view does nothing for these products.
2. On the product page itself, the “Facebook sync” dropdown says “Sync and show in catalog”. But it doesn’t. We change it to “Do not sync” and save it -> then status shows “Do not sync”. We change it back to “Sync and show in catalog” and save it -> then it shows “Sync and show in catalog” in the product page, but in the Products/All Products list it still shows “Do not sync”.
After all, it is not possible to change the “Facebook sync” status in Products/All Products, it always shows “Do not sync” for certain products. These products are not virtual or downloadable. And they all have stock quantity at the moment.
Creating a new test product set it directly to “Sync and show” in Products/All Products.
