dear takayuki, after 3 hours of doing nothing on the system – now the forms are back again
maybe i found the problem. i deactivated the squirrly plugin.. now it works 🙂
Deaer Shahriar, yes “All visitors” is selected for each single download.
here is one of both sides with the problem – at the second I uncommented the downloads as it looks to strange to our visitors:
