SOLVED….. I can access my WP-ADMIN via my CPanel

From there I can change the IP Address in the while list

OK….. So it seems I have now locked myself out permanently. Looks like my ISP has changed their IP address.

Is there a way to uninstall “Limit Login Attempts Reloaded” from my Cpanel, or do I have to uninstall WordPress and reinstall it and then upload the Backup?

Thanks for that quick reply. You wrote: “You can add your own IP address and then deny everything else”. OK. So how do I do that. I have several computers so if I White List those IP addresses I can log in another if one happens to change IP address.
