I’m happy to announce that my issue has resolved.
I removed a tabs section from the page in question and that seems to have fixed the table conflict such that the Data Tables JavaScript library is functioning again. I do not know what was specifically causing the problem. There was no issue with the WP Table Reloaded plugin.

I was looking for something that could be used to display any items in a sortable list. Weather that was a list of airplane parts, shirt sizes and colors or cemetery plot info.
I found a good flexible solution that is easy to use (after 4 hours of searching), so I thought I would mention it here.
It is the WP Table Reloaded Plugin, available through the WP plugins area.

In reply to: Searchable Database for Cemeteryed, would your plugin work for a list of custom made parts. Each part is listed in a csv file with several original stock numbers as well as the current custom part number.
Can it import from csv?
