Hi @aldobpin this is Alain From ParallelDevs.
Try configuring with this URL http://amistadpro.correos.go.cr:88/wserproduccion/wsAppCorreos.wsAppCorreos.svc?singleWsdl
As you can see it is using port 88.
Also Make sure your server is using a Static IP ( not dynamic ) and that Correos de Costa Rica have whitelisted it.
If Static IP is not an option you can buy a very low-cost Droplet on Digital Ocean https://m.do.co/c/35a4b59d23da and set up a PROXY using NGINX proxy_pass configuration.
Then you can set up the proxy information in the Plugin by enabling the proxy configurations.
