In Learnpress settings/emails I changed “plain” to “HTML”, and now my Gravity forms emails and other emails send correctly.
All of my sites “Gravity Forms” emails and other emails were being sent in plain text, but I went into Learnpress emails settings and changed from “plain” to “HTML”. That fixed my site emails. Learnpress should not be messing with emails from other plugins / areas of my site!
