You have to the specify a parent category (the empty link which is in your menu) for each category you want to show.

It’s solved. My URLs had changed to http… I don’t know why.
But I have another question.
Why my home page is redirected from http to https and not the rest of pages?
I’m a newbe as you can see 🙂

Thx, I tried this but it doesn’t work.
Maybe I’ve set up something wrong in my host. The only thing I did consisted on activating SSL in Dreamhost.
