Plugin is not working with permalinks/simple (Ρυθμίσεις μονίμων συνδέσμων/Απλή)

It should of been either obvious OR in the installation instructions.

PS
At the beginning the redirection did not work and piraeus bank told me that:
Μας έχετε δώσει ως referrer url το: http://mydomain.gr/checkout/ αλλά τελικά μας καλείτε από το: http://mydomain.gr/
And I asked them to change it to http://mydomain.gr/ and finally did work.
