Hi, thanks for your repy. I tried and verified many times that all was ok.I tried to import product images from a copy of the original uploads folder that I placed ont the same server as the new site. It doesn’t work…I discussed a lot with the support of my hosting provider to be sure that there was no problem with the server. Here is an example of what my urls look like in my csv import file. maybe I missed something?

I also tried to copy the url on each variation of the product, without success.
