Not sure what caused it but we found the following in the log files:
“SoftException in Application.cpp:573: Directory “/hsphere/local/home/alect/racheldevine.com” is writeable by others”
I changed the permission to not have ‘write’ permission for public and it started working. That log entry disappeared
Not sure what this has to do with anything or why it would cause the errors (permissions have not changed for months if not years) but making the above change seemed to fix (at least the immediate) problem.
Any ideas on the above? or what else to check?
