Well…that was it…by deactivating all the plugins and activating them one by one I could track the issue to ‘qTranslate’ plugin.
Cant figure out why It never occurred to me.

PS: If anybody in the future has the same problem, by going to the qTranslate settings, editing each language we have activated and blanking the Date and Time configuration area.
