For some historical reasons, I had root .htaccess for my multi-site hosting with this:
AddDefaultCharset WINDOWS-1251
which spoiled this JS source with many utf8-chars.Lazy load is enabled, yes. Was using PHP 7.0, switching to 7.4 right now. Can’t detect which page triggers the error yet. Will let you know when I have more info.
Narrowed it down to
used_css_properties()
in /wp-content/plugins/otter-blocks/vendor/codeinwp/gutenberg-blocks/inc/class-base-css.php on line 227It takes 20-30 seconds inside of this function call. If I comment it out (with returning just $attr) the page is blazing fast again.
Not sure how to fix though…

I need c3po-mini in the sidebar, and c3po[-normal] on one of the pages of the site.
It feels a bit wrong to load two styles for all the pages of the site, when actually I only need it once..
