it’s not about PHP execution time limit, but it’s about memory limitation. After i change that, the plugin works well. Big Thanks 🙂

yes thank you very much for explanation and support, thats all good i can export/import now. but only limited 5000 lines for export user, is it just for free version or pro version also like that ? so if I export more than 5000 lines of page will be error like this, and the average execution time is “10 second” when i export less than 5000

yes im using woocommerce, and i access the site with administrator user. And i export a site users not woocommerce customers. Is this plugin not yet support for multi site ?
