I replied to your email @bruceallen Thanks
@bruceallen, I managed to log in to the second account with my email address, but it wasn’t the main account. As a result, I can’t manage the subscription, for example; I get the message: “This product was purchased by another WordPress.com account. To manage this product, log in to that account or contact its owner.”
The main account should normally be under the username “lebigusa” and the email address “news”, but I can’t log in because WordPress sends me a SMS code, and I no longer have that phone number.
The URL is http://www.lebigusa.com/ @bruceallen

In reply to: Account Recovery not possibleThanks @gappiah , so I sent the message after your message, and I put WordPress.com for the URL because we can’t leave that field empty. I received an automated email saying they will respond within 24 hours. It’s been 2 days now and still no response.
I don’t want to delete JetPack, but to use this plugin and especially Jetpack Social, it asks me to log in.

In reply to: Account Recovery not possible@gappiah, I know this link, and it’s on this form that the following message appears: Sorry, but the website you provided does not exist on WordPress.com. Is it a self-hosted ww.wp.xz.cn website?
I use the WordPress.com account only for Jetpack plugin because it is required by Jetpack when you buy a subscription.

Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Account Recovery not possibleIt’s not possible to contact them without logging into the WordPress.com account. I have a self-hosted website with the Jetpack plugin. On the Jetpack configuration page, I see this message: Missing user connection. Some products need a user connection to WordPress.com to be able to work.
I click on the button to log in, it asks me to connect with WordPress.com, I enter my email and password but it asks me for an SMS code. However, I no longer have that phone number, and when I follow the procedure to recover my WordPress.com account, they say that my site does not exist on WordPress.com, so I cannot go any further even though I have a transaction number (Jetpack Social).
Thanks @gappiah, so my only solution is the WordPress.com forum.
