Es scheint das “Problem” lag nicht am PaypalPlus Plugin sondern ist eine gewollte Funktion von Germanized.

I have the same issue. Testing a new site in sandbox mode. As soon as the paypal window opens, woo-commerce sends out an order confirmation before payment is complete.
