Thxs for your quick response. I solved it!
Best@voltronik Thanks for your time but for the next time it`s easier to say this integration with Profile Builder comes as a paid addon… url here:

Both of us could have saved a lot of precious time.
Best
@voltronik I tried the plugin with the default WordPress interface for changing the password at the Url: domain.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
It worked perfectly, now I can say for sure its something about using a different page for placing this form. I wrote to the Profile Builder Pro support team and I havent received any answer yet. Please let me know if you have any thoughts on this.
Best@voltronik I`m going to get in touch with them as well. But, as you said before, “Someone else had this issue recently too.” Have you found any solutions to it? Is there any workaround for solving this?
@voltronik I have the latest version of wordpress, Profile Builder Pro Version 3.0.1, BNFW Version 1.8.4.. And still is not working. If there`s a way I can give you more detailed information(Screenshots, etc) about it I think we can solve this quickly. Thanks
@voltronik Email customizer module is enabled for profile builder, and about the notifications, I tried both configurations, enabled and disabled, and neither of them works, I`m still receiving the default WordPress email.
The notification I`m overwriting is “User Lost Password – For User”.- This reply was modified 5 years, 8 months ago by alexchirolde.
@voltronik is the first I try it. I have no previous experiences with this plugin. Because of your comment I notice the lost password page was being displayed using a Profile Builder shortcode and I think the issue may be around this.
Hi @voltronik , I`m having the same issue, I tried the new post published notification and it works perfectly. I was hired to modify some functionalities on a website and according to this:
<blockquote>This mostly happens when another plugin moves the login/register/forgot password form to another page.</blockquote>
I think this may be my issue, the forgot password page is created with a shortcode of Profile Builder Pro. Is there a way I can make this work? The e-mail I`m receiving is the WordPress default.
Also, I`m using polylang for the multilanguage, is there a posibily of sending emails translated based on which language the user made the request? This plugin is the best solution for me but I`m not able to make it work.
