Got it, it was under security -> firewall -> you look for wp-cron.php and on the right there is an icon for whitelist.
How can i whitelist my wpcron url? I dont want to stop using malcare for this. Any help?

Thank you for your reply but i think that product sorting needs improvement!
When the store owner spent time to sort the products and has to do it over and over again manually after every new product is added.Where can i suggest for new added products to be after custom ordered products?
