Slideshow Gallery plugin was an issue.
I just disabled Slideshow Gallery, Enabled Falcon, and re-enabled Slideshow Gallery back.

All is working.

I have similar issue – I can’t enable Falcon Engine.
When I choose “Enable Wordfence Falcon Engine” and press “Save Changes…”
In-page popup appears, look this screenshot http://prnt.sc/crzsbu, http://prntscr.com/crzppm, and I can’t press any links or buttons on that page. So I can’t press to save my current .htaccess file, because the link un-clickable and can’t enable the Falcon Engine.

I tried a lot of things. No other caching plugins are enabled and I tried to reinstall Wordfence plugin – no luck.

BTW I can’t find “Disable config caching” option in the options page.
