Hi Eli! Thanks for the reply.

If I install the new version, and uninstall, will those old values be deleted!

Hi James! Thanks for yor reply!

I now just tried to deactivate all the plugins on the web, but the same issue is still happening. The page builder used is integrated of the theme, and the creator of this theme says that he sees CSS code, and says this code is not his:

    :root:not(#_):not(#_):not(#_):not(#_):not(#_) .amp-wp-9d7c7fd{ width: 1280px; }

As a curiosity, if I activate the AMP for WP plugin of Ahmed Kaludi, the AMP pages look great, all the images are resized and appear centered, but I lose some features of your official plugin that I don’t want to lose (like remembering all the pages that I don’t want to show AMP), so I really want to find a solution 🙁

I didn’t know about this solution! Thank you so much! 🙂

    Hi James!

Before opening this post, I have done tests with the WP Troubleshooting mode, only with the AMP plugin active, and this issue happens. I also tried to deactivated WP Rocket completely, but the same thing happens.

If this code becomes vulnerable, wouldn’t it be better to launch it as an upgradeable plugin? Could this option be implemented to the AMP plugin?

Yes, that is, the interesting thing would be for people to look for the complete post in the blog, and the excerpt (or the meta description of SEO; we paste the meta description to the excerpt, so it’s the same thing in our case) is a post summary. The bad is that the links aren’t clickable, but the excerpt helps more to visit the post, than a certain number of words from the beginning of the article, or the entire article (which would no longer need visit the post).

It wasn’t an error related to this great plugin 😉

Definitely, it is a problem of 4.3 version. I installed version 4.3.0, and it failed. I installed 4.2.3 version, and everything goes back to work again.

I have been a good time talking to the people of MAXCDN, and they can’t do anything, it’s a plugin problem. I hope that it can be reviewed soon, since it’s not something of particular support, but of all who use this service, and perhaps others.

    Thanks!

Hi, thanks for responding so fast!

The fact is that this is not a matter of individual support, but something that, after an update, would affect all those who have this CDN service (and I don’t know if others), so I understand that it should be treated in this general forum, to help anyone who has the same problem. It has not been until the last update that it has stopped working.

    Thanks!

Specifically with the problem of AMP, I have not tested with other AMP plugins, only with the official WordPress plugin. In the past I tried other alternatives, but they did not work very well, so I stayed with this one, although it does not allow much configuration margin.

I have found another big problem with the use of WebP… Since I activated this format my AMP pages generate thousands of serious errors (according to Google Search Console), I do not know if because this format is not compatible with AMP (curious, being the two initiatives of Google), or if is related with the AMP plugin itself; this particular issue occurs when the “WebP Alternate Rewriting” is turned on, in order for the CDN to work. I’ve been talking to people from CDN, and it says it’s EWWW plugin related.

For now I will deactivate WebP in my main web, waiting for progress on these fronts.
