I solved it for now. I installed a classic widges plugin and used html in blocks and assigned those to Dutch or English. It works great.

An update:
I can edit and save via Customizer instead of the Widgets page(Go to WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer). But how do I make a Dutch and an English version?

Can you explain to me why this is a Polylang problem? The very nice card icon in he menu comes with OceanWP. The code directs it the the card page. Where can I set this code for a different language?
