Tried at 15 and blank, same issue.

Just updated to version Time.ly 2.3.8 and the import worked, for the most part, using the .xml export from the active site.
Looks like some fields pulled in, other did not populate correctly. I’m checking out using a more robust import tool to see if I can fill in those gaps, otherwise I may just go back in and edit events individually.
