Thank you! This is working great now.
This seems to be working great. Thank you!
Thanks for the quick response. Here are the errors I get after trying to place an order:
A duplicate customer payment profile already exists.
When I check the logs in Authorize.net the transaction is voided with the following information:
Invoice number: NONE
Customer: (it has my name but the email is: [email protected])
However it DOES show the new card trying to be used.
The description shows: Test transaction for ValidateCustomerPaymentProfile.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woo Mobile app new order notifications not comesAh. Then I’m not sure honestly. I don’t use Jetpack because it’s so bloated. I’m not sure how “techie” you are… but I’m using nfty (can’t post links… just google it). I just used Gemini AI and asked how to use nfty to receive order notifications. Was pretty easy and took like 15-mins. Good luck and maybe someone who uses Jetpack can help more.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woo Mobile app new order notifications not comesFrom my understanding… You *must* have Jetpack installed on your site. I hate that it forces you to install bloated Jetpack on your site just to get push notifications.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order Attribution Script Loading Twice on HomepageThanks for getting back to me. It’s not a *huge* deal, but at some point I will try it. I would assume the issue is with woo, WP or Astra… since they all updated within the same time period.
Having a staging area with no plugins, I’m sure would produce no errors.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Order Attribution Script Loading Twice on HomepageAlso, I did just update to 10.4 and the issue remains.
Thanks for the response. I did try this and unfortunately, no success. After messing with it for an hour or so; it effectively stopped the JS from running at all. I’m not sure what is causing this… whether it’s Jetpack, WordPress or WooCommerce. But, I’m sure I can’t be the only one experiencing this issue. Since there was a WP and Woo update nearly at the same time; it is hard to debug what broke what. It’s not a huge enough deal to rollback to a previous version(s). If you have any additional clues in the future; let me know.
Delete this thread. I put it in the wrong section. Thanks.
Thanks for info and makes a lot of sense. I am using Hostinger and their CDN (and forcing HTTPS). I sent you my site health. This isn’t a huge deal; just wanted to bring it up. Appreciate you!
Understood.
Thank you. Is there anyway to dim the screen or show visual feedback? I’ve tried multiple ways and haven’t had success.
Thanks. I was able to shave about a second off by not deferring the javascript on this page. I really think what I would like from the development team is a way to get visual feedback to the customer. Spinning icon.. dim screen… or something. I spent a whole day trying different things to no avail. UX is my main focus. Really do appreciate you.
