Whenever I click on “My Site” I’m getting this error message “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection“.my website is danaexpresss.com.The 500 error is why i can’t use WordPress.com.all i need is to get access to the website?

my wp wordpress password is not working.when i fill up the Lost your password? Please enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.I never recieved any email.please can someone help me.
