Hi John,
It seems somehow that the plugin when activating via tools and recaptcha v3 to gets the keys from contact form 7 that has already integrated the pair of keys set.
The plugin get confused if you use v2 keys in forms and activating v3 in login area.
I was able to solve the issue.
