At last the it was an wordpress core issue and it solved now. In Greece state is optional and that was the issue.

Hi Andrew, thanks for your message! I installed a demo shop here https://yeometry-labs.com. The previous one had htaccess security. Only stripe plugin is installed (in testing mode) along with woocommerce.
I have also added the ticket in my account at woocommerce and created a user account as inspected there.
