Hi @jarnovos,
now I was able to change some settings of the banner.
It feels like some kind of caching issue but there was no cache plugin/service installed. Now I have installed fastest cache and autoptimize. It seems like there are only a few changes every 24 hours possible 🙂

Hi @jarnovos,
not that I would know of. I have tried deactiviating all plugins and using other themes.
Funnily enough now it saves the configuration and shows the banner but does not take changes to the banner into consideration. E.g. if I try to change the color of the buttons nothing happens.
I have installed the debuggin plugin but get 0 entries while trying to change anything in the complianz plugin.
Any other suggestions?
