I removed the external jquery script and it still does not work.

Please revisit.

Just to clarify, I love the plugin and am looking forward to using it once these issues are resolved.

I started working on fixing them myself, but I don’t want to fork the plugin from your original code and not be able to update it later.

Also, I have noticed that when you try to register a user in which the username or email address are already added, it redirects back to the checkout page but does not indicate the error.

The user is left wondering why they cannot get past the register portion of the checkout.
