    Hi Richard,
    Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to resolve it.
    I went to this link that you provided:

    I asked my host about Option #1 to update the rule set, but they said that if they were to do that it would affect everyone on the server, so they aren’t able to.

    Options #2 and #3 aren’t really feasible for me, since I’m using a more recent version of WooCommerce, and I’m nervous to try to change the coding and rename files. Needless to say I’m not an experienced web designer, and I wouldn’t want to have to re-code things every time I update WooCommerce.

    I also had my host clear the server cache, and I tried deactivating the plugin and reactivating it. Neither worked.

    I’m sure it could be resolved if I was willing to risk re-coding things, but I’m not at a point where I’d feel safe doing this without messing something up.

    Thanks for trying to help though! Very kind of you to follow up on that.
